Server doesn't always know what celiac disease is, but if you say you can't have any gluten and need to avoid cross contamination and treat it like an allergy, they can do it and they take it seriously.You can eat almost everything on the menu. I don't know if they have a separate fryer as I've never ordered anything fried there, but they do cook their breads separately so you can eat anything you want from the tandori ovens as well as the more usual dishes. They don't have gluten free breads, but their rice is safe.A lot of restaurants aren't as careful with their takeout orders, but I've had no trouble. I love to make a big order on Sunday and eat leftovers half the week!
