Loved this stop for a quick counter service meal. We liked it so much we returned for a second meal. We had bowls and there were non GF diners with us who also very much enjoyed their food. Wish this was an east coast chain.
My second time at a Modern Market, and first time at this location. I ordered the Buddha Bowl, which is gluten free and vegan. It was delicious and I did not get sick.
Good choices and many gluten free. Salads were fresh and great

I've eaten here a dozen times and have no problems. I am VERY sensitive too. Love their food!
Big yikes- I got majorly glutened here. Should have used better judgement when employee shrugged off my dietary notes/restrictions.
What I ordered was marked GF, and according to their nutrition list- should not have had any gluten.
A few other locals I’ve met also steer clear of this place.
Pretty amazing food, I eat here often they have gluten free breakfast and lunch, I like the food, never have they messed up an order for me, as long as you tell them you’re celiac they take extra precaution, highly recommended

Generally I skip places where you order at the counter and don't have a full-on chef but because of the positive reviews I decided to give it a try. Just to be even safer, I ordered the salad and asked how they avoid cross contamination. I felt comfortable with their answer (sorry, it had been a few days so I don't remember their exact answer) and never got sick. The food was tasty and I will return.
A favorite for sure. The absolute best gf pizza crust, I even get that when we go and I'm not the celiac! My only complaint is there isn't one closer to our house!

The GF pizza crust and sandwich flatbread is amazing!!! First GF bread I have tasted that reminds me of pita bread.
They have amazing gluten free pizza crust! Also all their soap was gluten free, they use a local organic chicken company and Iut was super fresh and amazing! Go try this new location!
ModMarkets is new to the Denver area. They are AMAZING! They have the BEST GF flat bread I have ever tasted and have GF items marked on their menu. There is a WIDE selection of items to choose from, and everything is nitrate free and humanely raised. It is definitely our new favorite place to go!

Unfortunately I have gotten severe reactions twice here- to the same salad- thai chicken salad w peanut dressing. Says Gf but 100% not.
I enjoyed the food
Very clean and the staff was knowledgeable about GF. I had one of the pizzas and was very good.
Found out half way through that they put the GF sticker on the regular pizza! We were already home and they were closed by the time we realized.
Lots of gluten free options. The GF pizza was really good.
