Review of Modern Market Eatery

On my way to Atlanta and had a two hour layover in Denver with time enough for some lunch, IF I could find anything I could trust to being GF. I read some reviews posted by others and decided to give it a try. When I realized that the guy who was taking my order had NO clue about the GF options, other than salad, I almost left. Then I noticed for both the sandwiches and pizza it mentioned GF options. Another worker came by and I asked her how safe their GF pizza was. She said they always took care of their GF customer's needs. I ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza. I watched the person who prepared the pizza, which was a large half-size thin crust, placed on foil. The only possible contamination may have come from the ladle...I didn't see if it was dedicated just for GF pizzas. I watched him take it from the oven and saw that there was a dedicated GF roll slicer. Pizza was good, thin, flavorful. The crust was chewy. I recommend this for others requiring GF food while at the Denver airport. It's on concourse C at about gate 28.
