They offer gluten free bagel or buns for breakfast sandwiches. I was asked if I needed him to change gloves and utensils. However, they sometimes run out of the GF buns, which are delicious.

GF bagels were flavorless. Not worth the price.
My son got a bagel (from a bag) with cream cheese. They seemed to understand the protocol and I did see them change gloves and use a new foil surface. The GF bagel was unremarkable.
They change gloves and put gf bagels in a dedicated toaster, and prep them in a separate area/surface. My favorite is the spicy buff.
Gluten free bagels, they asked if it is an allergy or preference (not sure how they approach it differently), custom sandwiches, good vibes and really clean
