Review of Moe's Original BBQ

The meat is all gluten free*, except fried shrimp and fried catfish. Slaw is gluten free (apple cider vinegar based). Knowledgeable staff that was willing to answer my questions, including obnoxious recipe specific questions. *looks like their spices are not certified gluten free and there is plenty of bread around for cross contamination
