Moes does not have a gluten free marked menu, but they do have an "Allergen Scorecard" online that you can use that will tell you which items contain gluten. Allergen Scorecard link: https://www.moes.com/-/media/moes/files/nutrition/moesallergen-guide-202285x11.pdf?v=1&d=20221220T082540Z
Using this, I have not had problems ordering bowls from Moes .

There is no gluten-free menu but you can order something without gluten such as the bowls. I eat there often and so far had no problem with cross-contamination.

This team keeps track of their regular customers with food allergies. Whenever I come in, they recognize me and immediately change their gloves. If you are ultra sensitive and need them to pull ingredients from the cooler, they gladly do it with a smile.
Cross contamination nightmare for those with Celiac.
No
Although they are not "gluten free" they have many options that are GF naturally. The burrito bowl is a safe option, just avoid the chips as they are fried with flour tortilla taco bowls. Management is knowledgeable about cross contamination and I eat here regularly with no problem
Yes
this place is like chipotle so if you love chipotle like me this is a great place to go. staff were mostly knowledgeable but still super nice. i asked them to change the gloves and they happily complied. usually i’ll ask them to get fresh ingredients from the back but i didn’t this time and i still seem to be fine which is great. had to walk from C terminal which my phone said i walked a mile but it was definitely worth it as it’s hard to find gluten free options that aren’t a salad. I got the chicken burrito bowl with no beans and added guac and sour cream, it was so good!!

They do a good job of using items under the counter versus the ones that are out as well as changing their gloves when you tell them you are celiac .We have never had any reaction.

My husbands new favorite place to eat. Everything that doesn’t contain a tortillas is gluten free. But they are all cooked in the same place. So cross contamination is unavoidable but that’s not something we have to worry about. So my partner and I are happy to

I eat here regularly and get a bowl. Most ingredients are gluten free, but I avoid getting meat because it’s left my stomach hurting a bit before (may or may not be related to cross contamination on the cooking surface). Fried items are not safe so avoid the chips

Seemed like safest option among many places without any info about gluten. Nutritional info for ingredients (including wheat) is posted near cash register. Had a burrito bowl w chicken, didn't get sick.
