Staff knowledgeable about what GF options are. Staff changed gloves. Friendly service. We opted for salads with lime chicken. You get 6 toppings and beans. Not all their meats are GF.

Staff was very knowledgeable on GF possible cross contamination issues. Staff changed their gloves and when I asked for black olives on my burrito bowl, they knew without my prompting that the black olives may be contaminated from other order and got black olives fresh for me. Celiac friendly!!

I say Mojo is celiac friendly but I wouldn't recommend for highly sensitive people. Call ahead to ask because everything is made in the same area and ripe for cross contamination.

I give Mojo only 2 stars because I've had so much better, from similar restaurants with the same concept, in other cities. I had the veggie nachos. The cheese sauce was so runny it ran off the chips and puddled at the bottom of the plate. The ingredients seemed fresh enough but lacked in flavor. I'm grew up in Texas and know good Mexican food. The flavor just wasn't there for me. The staff seemed friendly.

Very fresh and the staff were very knowledgable. The steak and the spicy chicken are NOT GF. But lime chicken is. All salsas, rice, beans and sides are GF. Option for corn tortillas, salad or burrito bowl!
