My mom loves their Alfredo and it is always a treat for her, she does not have flair ups with their food and they cook it in a designated area away from their non gluten free items... the only thing to be weary about is they do bring a bun with the Alfredo, it was not gluten free and was just on the tray not in her bowl, so we were unsure if it was with my meal or hers and luckily we asked first but it is in a separate package and does not come into contact with the pasta or any other food on the tray so you don’t have to worry that way about cross contamination but now that you know... don’t eat the bun
