Moku Roots

Moku Roots was a highlight of my trip to Maui. The food was very fresh, they source from local Maui farms and are a zero waste restaurant. This means there are no take out containers, you can bring your own or pay a deposit for a reusable container. Another option is to wrap the handhelds in a ti lead. The menu is marked, they have delicious gluten free treats like brownies and cookies, and everything tasted great.

we have had three meals this week and every one has been amazing. The sauces are incredible, lots of flavor. Farm to table. Zero waste. We highly recommend.
