Only one of the BBQ sauces has soy in it, the rest are safe. The wings and tater tots are gluten free and nothing breaded goes in the fryer. I would stick to meat and veggies over getting a salad.

Food was very good. Frier is safe, which is always nice to find in a restaurant. The waitress told me which two sauces to avoid as one had a recipe change. There were still plenty of sauce options and I was very happy with my food. I had the chicken, tots, and coleslaw. Would definitely go again if I am ever in town again.

I had the roasted chicken, tots, and coleslaw. Everything was delicious!! Menu is marked so you know what you can have. Fryers are safe as nothing gluten is put in there.

We spent the day at Dow Gardens and found this great bbq place just a few minutes away. It is right downtown in Midland and has some outdoor seating and lot of seating inside. The whole place was spotlessly clean and smelled of wood fire and smoky goodness.

We were greeted by a smiley hostess immediately as we walked in and she sat us and two seconds later we met our server. Cody was incredible. He took such great care of me, a person with multiple food allergies and worries about dining out. He went above and beyond to assure me about my choices.

He even double checked the sauces to see if I could have any of them and brought me his phone to show me the ingredients list for the one he thought would be safe. Amazing service.

The food! I had wings and brisket and the tater tots (all of these are safe for people who are avoiding gluten, dairy or eggs...these are my allergies). The quality was great, flavor was great, portions were just right.

Pricing was more than fair and we were very very happy with our experience!

Thanks so much, Molasses! We will be back (even if it's nearly two hours' drive for us)!

All meats except salmon are gluten free. Fryers don’t contain any gluten. No gluten free desserts. Stay away from Korean sauce. Loaded tots (cheese sauce not gluten free so they did shredded cheese instead) were very good, got the brisket, wings, & molasses bbq baked beans. All delicious. Overall, pretty pricey but nice to have so many gluten free options.
