The staff and chef were able to answer all of our questions about the menu, ingredients, food prep, cross contact. There were a lot of options available on the menu, and all is clearly marked. We asked, and yes they have a dedicated GF fryer that is used separately from the regular fryer. We happily enjoyed the freshly made corn tortilla chips offered at the table. The restaurant gets noisy and busy, be sure to make a reservation.
