So great! There is only one menu item containing flour - other than that, it is all corn-based and delicious. They are a small local business and hopefully more people check it out. Their portions are also very large for the price - expect to bring leftovers home.
Columbia’s cuisine which naturally does not include wheat flour. There is one dish with breading, everything else is GF (including the empanadas - made with corn flour). Server knowledgeable and able to answer questions. And the food is fantastic!
