We ate here and it was delicious! Gf mozzarella sticks, French fries, cheese fries, vegan cheese vegetable pizza, cheese pizza, and chicken BLT panini. All were great and no reaction. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Amazing selection as a Vegetarian with Celiacs!!! Everything was delicious. I went back several times on vacation. I wish I had a restaurant like this by me.

Food was yummy and clear gf options available. Separate area of the kitchen where food is prepared and food was even marked gf when picked up for takeout.

Great experience with Molino’s! They were very knowledgeable of cross contamination practices and have a separate fryer for GF items. I had the gluten-free mozzarella sticks, gluten-free chicken Caesar salad, and a side of gluten-free fries and brought home a gluten-free old Italian hoagie. Everything was delicious and safe! The hoagie was amazing and I even questioned it being gluten-free 😋 Definitely recommend Molino’s!!

EAT HERE, friendly knowledgeable staff member was super kind and helpful with my gluten-free questions, I got hot wings and chicken tenders specifically made with selective gluten-free breading, made in a gluten-free space, fried in a gluten-free ONLY fryer specifically placed in a back room. I also got an Italian hoagie for later with a gluten free roll. The staff member told me there are marked gluten-free items on the menu however around 70% of their menu they can make 100% gluten free in a gluten-free space. They also can make gluten-free chicken parm with Barilla gluten-free pasta. No reaction for me, I will be going back.

Great GF food I have been eating here for many years and the variety of food they have to offer is a nice change of pace compared to other restaurants in this area.

I ordered an Italian hoagie on a GF roll. It had a generous amount of meats and the roll was delicious. I also ordered GF mozzarella sticks for the family. They were huge and made with rice flour. Everyone enjoyed them and I didn’t get sick!

LOVE this restaurant. They have a lot of gluten free options. I usually get the gf chicken, bacon, ranch wrap. I just recently discovered they had mozzarella sticks! They are so good! My husband couldn't tell the difference with them being gf. I have not gotten sick eating here.

Agree with the former reviewer whose nimo machine detected gluten. We ate there in June and I felt sick after eating my sandwich. I am Celiac. We've had mozarella sticks from the dedicated fryer and been alright though.

Best place to eat in Cape May! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very careful when preparing the food. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free. Very friendly staff, good quality food and everything is absolutely delicious!!!

They have a large number of gluten free options! Their food is delicious and safe! I have never gotten sick from eating here many times. It is my favorite place to eat in Cape May! I need to drive a bit to get here but it is 100% worth the drive!

Menu clearly marked. Most items can be made gluten free and they have a dedicated fryer. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Delicious food! This is a hidden gem. Mostly take out, but a few tables to eat in. Delicious and huge GF steak fries! My GF burrito did not fall apart as most do.

I had the gluten free pizza here and it was the first gluten free pizza that didn't get me sick so I am happy! It was very tasty. My only complaint was the crust was a little hard on the ends but I can deal! They have other gluten free items that I am hoping to try soon! So glad I finally found somewhere close to home I can finally order from!
