The first waiter I talked to was not very good in english and did not know what gluten or celiac disease was. Asked another waiter, and he was very aware of gluten. He talked with the chef and presented me with the different pasta types that could be made gluten free, and l was free to choose what type of meat/sauce i would like. (Ordered standard bolognese) The food was very good and felt very safe when l got to talk to the chef. Would recommend.

Aň Italian owner of cosy little pasta place is aware of CD, he prepares the pasta (fussili, penne, spaghetti-but not lasagne unfortunstely) separately. As my daughter is asymptomatic coeliac, we dont know, to what extent the ingrediencies are GF (sauces, bacon)…

Good Italian that pays great attention to food. He very busy making eating gluten free available in his restaurant. All pasta’s are available Gluten Free and he’s searching for Gluten Free bread but this is very hard to find In Albania. He almost feels guilty that he doesn’t have it to give to us. Nothing is too much and takes good care to not get cross contamination.

Incredible experience. Was surprised this restaurant hasn’t been reviewed on here before, as the chef can make any pasta gluten free here. He even made measures to not contaminate the pasta. Very very good!!!!
