The flavors are delicious here. Combinations I’ve never had before. One example was a delicious passion fruit and shrimp appetizer. The owner comes to your table right away to present the menu which changes frequently and asks if there is anything that anyone at the table can’t eat. There was only one item on the menu ygst was not GF. Highly recommend the restaurant for a gourmet experience that is safe!

This is a "gluten-free paradise". The chef does not serve pasta or pizza, so the risk of cross-contamination is minimal. The food is prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. It tastes and looks amazing. We have been there 2 evenings in a row, because once is simply not enough! The wine selection is also amazing.

There are extensive gluten-free options, including fish/shellfish, meat, vegetarian dishes, soups, salads, and desserts. There was only one item on the menu with gluten today. (The owner changes up the menu according to his whims.) This restaurant was amazing. The food was unbelievably delicious, excellently presented, and super heathy with superb, organic ingredients. The owner/chef came to our table multiple times to see how we were enjoying the food, and we had a great conversation with him. He is a true artisan and is passionate about his food creations. What a gem of a find in Evora!
