Knowledgable about gluten and helpful with the menu. I had edamame, avocado salad, and salmon maki which they made with steamed rice rather than seasoned rice. They also had GF soy sauce. I’ll be back.

No gluetin free menu. GF and I went for lunch here and she has severe Allergies. Only have certain sushi rolls which you can get anywhere. No tempura Nothing special. If you can find another location for sushi if you want variety.

Seemed very well aware of cross-contamination and took amazing precautions. They advised me of which rolls I could have and their preparation practices (covering mats, surfaces, etc.). The sushi was delicious and I had no signs of trouble!
