They are very knowledgeable and understand food allergies. The miso paste they used for the soup used to be gluten free but has recently changed to not safe. They caught that my online order has the soup and it was marked GF on the order and gave me extra sides but it was still disappointing to not get my miso soup. They have GF tempura but the fryers are not dedicated. The level of service has fallen in the past year. All in all an okay place to eat but as with other places it's getting harder to find things that are actually safe.

For those without celiac, definitely go here, it's delicious. For those with celiac, be careful, I stopped going because I continually had mild symptoms of contamination (even with their accommodations).
