The sushi was excellent and anything except the eel could be made gf. They had gf tempura but no dedicated fryer so I stayed away from that. Their miso soup was amazing as well. No dedicated gf menu but all the servers knew what gf was and did a good job of answering my questions. I didn't get sick and I am fairly sensitive to cross contamination. Not sure what exact protocols were taken on the kitchen side for gf but 4 hours later and I'm still feeling good. Had a lot of their different rolls and all were tasty.
