I’ve been to one of the locations in Salem and was excited to find one so close to my home. When ordering online, there are options to list multiple food allergies, from gluten to soy to fish! We ordered a variety of rolls and appetizers to go, and they were all delicious. We even received packets of gluten-free tamari. There are multiple locations in the Portland and Salem area.
