The staff members are knowledgeable about celiac. While the options for cooked dishes are a bit limited, they’re very accommodating and will adjust ingredients as needed. They also offer gf soy sauce.

Really fresh delicious sushi, very knowledgeable friendly helpful service, GF soy sauce, and GF was specified on each sushi roll ordered. Great meal!
