Review of MoMo sushi

I called and asked about cross contamination with gluten and explained Celiac. The woman told me they couldn’t avoid cross contamination because they use one cutting board. I didn’t feel safe eating there obviously. So I didn’t. Just reviewing the place on the basis of protecting people with Celiac.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
