Review of Momofuku CCDC

Waitress asked about allergies, took menu back to chefs to mark up, and knew cross contamination before I told her. The menu is not allergen marked and becomes much smaller when you remove gluten (minus one star). However I greatly appreciated being able to order my salad knowing there’s no gluten, and socializing with friends. Also good GF veggie side dishes. Do not miss the gluten free cookies and dessert truffles!
