Was recommended this restaurant by someone in the casino. They had mentioned they had great gf options. Not only was the service bad the food options were very limited. I’ve never ever been made to feel less than at a restaurant before coming to this one. If your not a wine drinker you don’t matter. I own 5 businesses and entertain often and my entire group felt embarrassed and wanted to get out of there after the second intersection with the rude and aggressive waiter. We paid for the drinks, appetizers and then left to find any other place that could seat our group. Honestly I would recommend any chain place instead, which I hate to do. Sucks because we were so excited to come here but I can’t understand why it has so many reviews. Get a new staff and maybe we would try again.

The waiter was very accommodating and was able to highlight several gluten free options for me. Food was great, I got the Crispy Lamb Ribs.

Boring and underwhelming. Very limited options. On the upside server had good awareness of what I could eat. A bunch of other better options in the city - I wouldn’t make the effort. If you don’t have celiac, apparently the ramen was stellar (I wouldn’t know).

I have celiac disease and the server was incredibly helpful with directing me towards dishes I could eat. The service from her and her assistant was outstanding. There’s no gluten free items marked on the menu but the server wrote on my menu what I could safely eat and what substitutions could be made to make my food safe.
The food was delicious and the drinks were great too. We loved our experience here.

What a fun restaurant with a great Las Vegas view! They were able to do substitutions for the food as well as the cocktails. The table shared the duck - my daughter and I had Bob lettuce instead of the pancakes to wrap it up in. The server took the menu and marked it up to show what we could eat and if anything had to be changed.

This place was amazing the food was so good ! They were very knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free and what couldn’t although most things could be. I got the green curry rice cakes and omg truly one of the best dishes. We also had the oysters and shishito peppers.

No GF menu, but the servers are nice enough to sit with you and circle the items that are or can be made gf.

When we came here I looked at the menu and didn’t see anything that really stood out as gluten free. The waiter came over and I asked him what I was able to eat here. There were several options. Shishito peppers, spicy cucumbers, curry rice cakes, roasted duck, duck confit, and pork chops. We ordered the 5 spice whole duck and my friend ordered the pork buns. They brought one pork bun with lettuce and no sauce. It was delicious. The duck was so good. It comes with duck fat crispy rice. They made sure to let me know what sauce had gluten. Unfortunately, they don’t have gluten free noodles. I would have loved to try the ramen. I will be back for that duck though.

I live in Vegas and have Celiac and Momofuku is my favorite restaurant. I’ve been coming for 3 years (pre & post pandemic closure). The menu changes as new dishes are introduced and they have added the ability to make GF options (tamari, rice bowls, etc). The staff is knowledgeable about Celiac cross contamination and substitutions and will talk with Chef to ensure a safe and amazing meal. I came at my birthday and was given 3 free desserts, as the first two options had gluten (but my sisters could enjoy the Milk Bar Pie & cereal milk soft serve for me), so be aware that you need the GF cake truffles from Milk Bar (they are INCREDIBLE) & not to dive in to free desserts without asking first. COVID has been so hard on the restaurant industry. The menu when they first reopened was more limited than it had been, but keeping our favorite places open is more important than a large variety. The manager, bar staff, wait staff and kitchen has all been incredible.
And they have crazy fun toilets, so don’t miss seeing them.

We went for lunch, and the server was very knowledgeable regarding gluten-free options for celiac. We ordered the shishito peppers and treviso & little gem salad for appetizers, both delicious. For my main course, I had the seared tofu bowl (which comes with garlic rice, charred broccoli, and chickpea mayo), and it was quite tasty. Service was excellent.

The hostess was able to mark all of the GF options or items that could be prepared GF (most of the menu!) The server was extremely knowledgeable and assured me that they take allergies very seriously. I ordered the charred carrots, salad, coconut curry rice cakes, and lamb ribs and everything was delicious. Highly recommend the lamb ribs. Very good experience and didn’t get sick!

Lots of options to choose from, they followed celiac safe protocols and I enjoyed a lovey dinner

Very knowledgeable. I had the black cod with vegetables in a broth. I am a sensitive celiac and did not get sick.

Upon request the server explained everything on the menu that was gluten free or could be modified to be gluten free. Almost all the buns could be made gluten free by being made as lettuce wraps, which was fantastic. I also tried a hamachi dish, shishito peppers, and veggie sides. I’m very sensitive and did not get sick. However, if you really want noodles, call to see if they have a rice noodle option available. I believe the menu changes, but they did not have a rice noodle option when I was there.
