Only option is salad and maybe ramen with rice substitute but I was really disappointed when they said they weren’t making rice the night I went

Was really hoping this popular, delicious noodle bar would have good gluten free options for my celiac daughter. Unfortunately, they could only give her steamed white rice with ginger scallions, cucumbers, seaweed, and a poached yolk laid on top. Felt bad as we all feasted on our pork buns and ramen. They did give her a complimentary sesame soft-serve ice cream dessert, which was tasty, to help make up for the lack of offerings. Extremely friendly staff, and food there is delicious. But if you have celiac and want ramen, you are better off going next door to Tatsu Ramen.
