Both the host and server were knowledgeable about what items naturally contained gluten and what could be made GF. Their rice bowls and sushi rolls can be made GF, and the edamame and garlic shrimp are safe. They made me a poke bowl without the soy sauce and the chef brought it out to me himself with a side of GF sauce. I am celiac and had no reaction
