Celiac daughter ate here and had no issues. Had an omelet with hashbrowns and GF toast. Advised waitress of allergy, she talked to cook, cook advised it was a shared griddle but did their best to clean it all off prior to prepping her meal. She’s enjoyed it and had zero issues. Thanks!!
