Great new addition to Yakima. This could just be because they’re new, but I didn’t get the impression that they were very clear on ingredients and accommodating food restrictions. Their menu isn’t marked with common food allergens so I asked a lot of questions and the pho seemed to be the best bet for a gluten free option. The soup is a beef broth and does not contain fish sauce (which is not always gluten free), and they use vermicelli rice noodles. Taste was very good. I am asymptomatic so I can’t be 100% certain on cross contamination risk, so be sure to ask lots of questions if you go.
