I did a build my own gluten free pizza which was amazing taste wise. I did feel the effects of cross contamination afterward sadly so for those with Celiac's disease, I wouldn't recommend. The service however was stellar, and the owners personally came out to warn me that cross contamination was rampant as they are tossing pizzas all day. For those who do want to try it with an allergy, they recommended that I order early/preorder for when they open to limit the effects of cross contamination.
