We were in SLO on vacation and stopped at this restaurant based on all of the excellent reviews. I asked about their precautions and they clearly said that all of the crepes are made on a shared surface but that they clean the grill before making the GF crepes and they use separate utensils. The woman working behind the counter (owner maybe?) said her husband has celiac and doesn't get sick eating the crepes. We ordered three different kinds (eggs Benedict, strawberries and creme and strawberries and Nutella). They were all DELICIOUS! My husband got the regular eggs Benedict and I tasted it and feel that the GF crepe was better tasting. It has been seven hours and my daughter who is VERY sensitive to cross contamination, and who tried all three GF crepes, feels great! We will definitely be going back.next time we are in town :-)
