Very tasty. Reminds me of the pizza you can get in Italy. The OH Honey was delicious. They have a separate prep and cook area.
The first thing the waitress said was we can’t guarantee no cross contamination there is flour everywhere in the kitchen. If you are super sensitive, I’d pass on this.
I decided to eat it anyways and didn’t get sick. The pizza was really good and very filling. Also be aware that you can only get gluten free pizzas in personal size.
This place was very good. They use caputo flour (so if you have a wheat allergy stay away, but gluten free is good) and have a separate area for preparing and baking the pizza. Staff was knowledgeable and marked them as allergy. I had no issues.

Just ask for the gluten free crust. It is delicious! I had the Fun Guy and it was amazing if you like mushrooms and white sauce.
This gluten-free crust tastes like the real thing! The wild mushrooms are a nice touch. I wish I could get this quality of GF pizza in Chicagoland.
No GF items listed on the menu but they will prepare gluten free crusts if you ask for it. Reasonably priced but the size is quite small, really good crusts. One of the few GF options in the Aria

GF pizza, made and baked separately which is pretty rare usually. Very nice atmosphere and curtios service with knowledgeable server. Recommended!
