Cooks will clean area on grill if ask nicely which is greatly appreciated. Ask before get bowls of food to be cooked though as one time refused to clean it off area when too busy so didn’t eat there that day). Staff are knowledgeable of GF items and GF sauces. Long white noodles are GF. They put GF sauce in back side Buffett line to help prevent cross contact and lady knows which sauces/oils are GF. Recommend arrive first to door upon opening to significantly decrease chance cross contact. They charge for drink refills.
