Cleaned grill before my food was cooked, did not use other utensils on my food. Felt safe but I imagine if they were really busy it might get more complicated.

Brought out sauces from the back to ensure it wasn't contaminated with other sauces that had gluten (sauce bar). Cleaned the grill well to ensure no cross contamination.

Amazing!

Washed the grill, brought sauce from the back, provided fresh ingredients, gave me a menu with all sauce recipes and allergens. Staff were super open to questions and used fresh utensils!

Server was very familiar with celiac concerns. Clear instructions to cooks who cleaned grill prior to cooking dish Server brought separate sauces to ensure no cross contamination with buffet sauces. Separate gluten free soy sauce also brought without asking.

Incredible, safe experience. Came for lunch & felt safe. I was the first in line so I knew everything was fresh & no cross contamination. But the server mentioned that they could prepare it fresh from the kitchen if I’d rather. The meal was cooked on a separate part of the grill with clean utensils.

For celiac, they had us pick our ingredients for our bowls and the chef got them fresh from the back to minimize CC and thoroughly cleaned the grill, new spatulas and kept everything distant. Unreal the amount of care they demonstrated and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend.

I haven’t been to a restaurant like this in years and I’m so glad I came! They took our allergies very serious. Grill was cleaned right in front of us. My partner is deadly allergic to shellfish so they actually prepped hers in the back kitchen. The absolutely understand all allergies and are actually knowledgeable. Dinner was AMAZING. Highly recommend.

Great spot in Whistler for safe GF food! Buffet style ingredients were all marked and in additional waitress brought me a menu that listed all of the GF items and ingredients in the sauces. Cooks were very cautious and cleaned grill and used separate utensils. You can also watch them cook your food which is comforting to ensure cross contamination doesn’t occur.

Good food and selection for the most part, but I'd give 5 stars if they had some more variety of gluten free sauce choices.

Amazing! My server Gigi was severally celiac and was very concerned for my allergies. She had them pull the ingredients from the back from their original containers so that there was no cross contamination. They cleaned half the grill for my stir fry. She could get every ingredient of every item if I had asked. Had a lot of great eating experiences in Whistler but this place was by far the best experience.

Server and grill staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating to make sure all was gluten free. Items were clearly labeled. Excellent meal and yummy food!

Staff was well aware and washed the common use hot stone platter with water, cleared out a section and worked with dedicated utensils when told that our order was for someone with Celiac. The cooks took care and were well versed in the precautions - this was not something new or exotic for them, which was comforting.

Sauces and ingredients in the buffet style assembly line were clearly marked. No guarantee that one sauce doesn't drip into another or that utensils avoid cross over completely but we took the risk and had no averse effects. The restaurant is a fun family, gorge yourself silly spot. Rice noodles or rice are available for GF needs.
