Review of Monk's Bar & Grill at the Wilderness

Just went last night... great server! The sales and all dressings are gf. Shared fryer so that means no house chips as well as fries even though they are gf themselves. They do have a gf bun for their burger *I don't know the taste because I ordered a cobb salad*. I only say celiac friendly because of the server I had knowing a lot. She started explaining without skipping a beat and understood cross contamination from the fryer for no house chips.
