Checked online website. They list an “allergy” menu. I asked for it upon arrival…great menu list choices for many different types of food allergies. Ordered Thai yellow chicken curry and order of rice. It is a big bowl and could easily feed 2 hungry people. Large chunks of ginger in the sauce were great. Highly recommend.

Delicious meal, husband is coeliac and I'm gluten intolerant, so we had both meals prepared to suit coeliac so we could share. Enjoyed everything. The restaurant had a clearly set out allergen menu which made things a lot easier. They also have a gluten & dairy free section, as dairy intolerance is so common with coeliac. We would absolutely return.

Food was delicious. GF menu plus some things could be made GF by changing sauce to a GF one. My husband (non coeliac) finally was happy to select from the GF menu as well so we could share. Eaten here on several occassions and no issues.

Went to Monsoon Poon for the first time on Friday! Had an amazing time, great service and the food was phenomenal. They have an allergen menu, which made it so much easier to see what I can eat and drink. Saved the trouble of having to constantly ask if they can make gluten or dairy free options.
