This restaurant does not have a gluten free menu, so to speak. But almost everything on the menu is either naturally gluten free or can be made gluten conscious. Our waiter told me what they could NOT make for me with my sensitivities and there were only a few. I had a noodle dish with rice noodles. The sauce did not have any soy sauce in it. The dish had a big array of very fresh vegetables and it was delicious! I also had Vietnamese spring rolls. They served them to me with a sauce free of soy sauce. Our waiter was knowledgeable and very helpful.I don't know if this would be celiac friendly, but I was delightfully surprised at how accommodating they were!
