GF buns: burger was yum. Can't have anything fried there, so a salad to sub for fries is $3 and it's the size of your palm. Staff knowledgeable about GF and letting kitchen know.

My daughter and me are Gluten sensitive. The restaurant offers GF salads and burgers on a GF role. They will also make a toasted cheese sandwich on the GF role if you get the GF bison/beef chili. We had multiple salads, burgers, and servings of chili during our stay without any issues. Food is standard bar/grill level, and very tasty. I did not ask how they prevent cross contamination.

The waitress was very informed about celiac and noted that the fries are NOT gluten free. The GF bun option on the burger was fantastic (not your typical Udi’s). GF options are noted well on the menu.

have Celiacs, Ordered 2 different types of burgers and had no problems. There is a shared fryer so avoid the fries.

Customer service was not very good... i definitely got cross contaminated and was sick with in 15 minutes... I explained the whole celiac conversation and he acted like he completely knew what I was saying. I guess he didn’t

The kitchen will do an excellent job prepping your GF burger and it was delicious. Did not get sick and Dan at the bar took good care of me. Experienced kitchen staff.

This place has good gluten free buns. We are sensitive, but not celiac. I did ask what their procedures are and they do use a clean frying pan instead of cooking the burger on the main grill.
