Loved eating here! The hostess was so friendly and immediately let us know which things off of the menu I could eat. All of the sides were gluten free, as well as some of their entrees. They had a dedicated gluten free main dish (an ahi tuna dish with shrimp and rice cake) that they make with a tamari ginger sauce. I thought it was so cool that they were trying hard to be inclusive of GF folks. I felt very safe eating here and didn’t have any problems afterwards. I’m celiac, so I’m quite sensitive. It’s definitely $$$, but so is everything in Vail, so you might as well not pay for the experience twice, if you know what I mean! 😖
