Review of Monte Fuego

Wonderful fine dining steakhouse. The menu isn’t marked GF, but I personally know the owner from previous stays in the Cancun area. Most of the menu can be made GF, and he knows celiac extensively. I had a wonderful salad, salmon, and dessert. He also makes the best Paloma I’ve ever had. Ask for Israel and let him know that his celiac friend from the US sent you. You won’t be disappointed!
