Some of the staff are not fluent in English, but I spoke with Wilmer, the owner, and he was very helpful. He explained the red salsa contained gluten, other than that I was able to order anything not made with a flour tortilla or fried. I enjoyed the Tacos de Carne Asada and we had an order of guacamole. I asked for a small bowl so I could get some before my husband dipped the chips in it, as they are not gluten free.
