Staff is very knowledgeable. Everything on the menu is naturally gluten free, and, according to staff, non-Gluten free items (pasta, baking) are prepared off premises or in a contained area, making for very limited risk of cross contamination. Food is excellent, I’ve eaten here twice without incident.
