The Host, waiter, and chef were all very receptive when we mentioned our Celiac concerns, and they brought us a delightful shrimp cocktail with horseradish sauce that will sear off your eyebrows, followed by a filet, ribeye, and Kobe burger, all of which were moist, tender, and excellent. They offered a GF Gratin potato side that we opted against, but it sounded great.
The only drawback was that every single dessert has flour in some manner, so none of those.
All in all it was pretty darned good.
