Many items on the menu are gluten free or can easily be modified to be. They have gluten free bread and a dedicated fryer. Various options that offers something for everyone.

When staff was notified about celiac patron they were able to easily identify menu items that are gluten free and that could be made gluten free with modifications (ie. gf buns). They even have gf desserts!
