Was super delicious and clued up on allergies. My partner who isn’t celiac got the pork and chicken and said it was one of his favourite ramens of the trip so far. I got the beef ramen and was also delicious!

This place is great! They offer 2 ramens where the noodles can be changed to gf ones.
I’ve seen from other reviews that people have been getting the pork ramen which has a chicken broth. I went to order it but if you are a celiac it is recommended to avoid this one as it contains soy sauce. So instead I got the wagyu beef ramen, which was delicious!! They even have some theatrics where they blow torch the meat in front of you at the table which was pretty cool to watch. We liked it so much we went back the next day.
They also have delicious cocktails, I would recommend either the strawberry or peach sour if you like sweet drinks.
I The staff were super friendly and had good knowledge of gluten allergies. I saw them cooking my gf noodles separately to the regular noodles to avoid contamination too!
