The owner was very helpful in letting me know what was safe and was diligent about letting the server and cooks know. The food was delicious, atmosphere was chic. I ordered a pizza which was fantastic. I could tell it was gluten free from the taste, but I enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I was sick the next day. I am assuming they put it on the stone in the fire oven with no barrier. There must have been enough flour transfer to make me ill. I am not normally very sensitive to cc. I would go back, but not get the pizza.
