Moosehill Brighton

This was the most impressed I have been with dining GF! The staff are very knowledgeable and they ask if you will be dining GF as you are seated. I spoke to the owner who bought the Moosehill from the original owner whose family member had CD which inspired the GF Mexican options for this restaurant. When the owner had the chance to buy from the original owner, she opted to keep it a GF establishment. Staff are educated on how to prevent cross contamination, they use a dedicated fryer, they change gloves when they know someone is dining GF, the menu is marked, almost everything offered can be made GF, they make a homemade GF green chili, they have 3 homemade dessert options, and they go so far as to make GF tortilla chips in house rather than purchasing store bought. I highly recommend checking out the Moosehill when in the northern Denver area.

Before ordering, I had a super helpful phone call with the restaurant staff. Just about everything can be made gluten free (aside from fried items). Ordered C-1, gf chips, and green chile queso - SO GOOD!

Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free and they offer quite a lot of options. The green chili sauce is gluten-free (most Mexican restaurants don't have GF green chili). The food was spectacular!

They ask immediately upon sitting down if you would like GF chips. I’ve never experienced that type of service and it made for a great dining experience. The chips are delicious and obviously house made. Their cheese dip is great and like nothing I’ve tried before. There were lots of clearly marked GF options. Everything we got tasted great. My non GF partner enjoyed one of their famous burritos.

After dining in and enjoying the food, service, safety precautions, I asked them about ordering their food through delivery services like Door Dash. They read the preferences you fill in on your order. My food containers were marked GF. Everything tasted great and I didn’t get sick! So thankful to have a place I can get delivery!

I had the GF enchilada plate and it was sooo good!! My husband had a smothered GF burrito, which too was super good! I highly recommend Moosehill, it’s great going with people who aren’t GF because usually you get to watch people eat the good food while your stuck with mediocre food. I do have celiac and didn’t get sick at all!

Great food! Great service! The gf options were clearly marked on the menu and the server brought me out my own basket of homemade tortilla chips. Will be back again.

Gluten free chile rellenos? Yes please! When dining in, the server always asks if anyone is gluten free, and they make fresh, homemade chips for the table using their dedicated fryer. The homemade taco shells are amazing, and the enchilada sauce is out of this world! Love this place!

They asked me when we first walked in if I needed a GF menu. The server was really knowledgeable about the menu. The food was good and I didn’t get sick afterward.

We’ve eaten here a couple times and the staff is very understanding and kind! That have a bunch of options and they have a separate fryer for chips and gf chili rellenos! We have had the enchiladas, the gluten free burrito, the chili rellenos, and the queso! Never been sick or had an issue! I highly recommend this place for some tasty Mexican food!

We just went tonight with our girls, two of whom have celiac disease. As the waitress was seating us, she asked if we needed any gluten free menus. Then she brought GF chips out. The selection was one of the best I've seen at a restaurant in a long time. They even had GF dessert options. Our girls were excited and we'll definitely be going back.

They have a wonderful GF menu. They go out of their way to take very good care of Celiac's. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Ask for GF chips. Designated GF fryer.
