This is the steakhouse inside the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Absolutely excellent! They asked us at the hostess stand if we had any food allergies and then obviously immediately communicated that information to the waiter, as he greeted me not only with Udi’s rolls (toasted in a separate toaster!) but also with a separate butter dish so as to avoid cross-contamination. The steak, potatoes, and veggies were stellar and the service was outstanding. It’s pricey, but I very highly recommend it, especially if you’re staying at the Jasper Park Lodge. P.S. There was a secret gluten-free chocolate cake dessert option, not listed on the menu.
