All i had to do was walk in and i was looking at all the products they have you can buy. In the one room they had dispensers with grains which included wheat. I immediately started to react just being in the room. For me not celiac friendly

chef able to tell you all ingredients for other allergies. homemade gluten free bread for panini was wonderful, so was the spaghetti squash soup!
