I came here hoping for one of the pies mentioned in one of the other reviews but when I asked the person working there told me they don’t do them (or any savoury items) any more because they don’t want to use animal products.
I had a cake and a coffee which wasn’t really enough for the lunch I’d been planning, but the cake at least was very nice. He did explain that they do have gluten ingredients in the kitchen so can’t guarantee it is 100% gluten free, but this is the case for my own kitchen too and I don’t seem to have had any ill effects.
Unfortunately I had to have almond milk in my coffee though which was pretty revolting (I’d not tried fake milk before and if I’d known I would have had tea instead). Good if you’re a vegan but it would have been nice to be allowed to choose for myself, so on that basis I probably wouldn’t go back.
