3.5 stars. The important thing here is context: you are in the vicinity of some of the best restaurants in the world, in Charleston, but if you are staying on the Isle of Palms and just looking for a local, moderately priced family friendly joint with fresh fish, this is the way to go. There was enough variety on the menu for me. Not sure where those who say otherwise are coming from.
Wine list not great. We tried two most expensive Cabernets by the glass. Awful. It’s almost like it had been sitting out for weeks. Also if you can’t eat seafood there is ONE choice on the menu. No gf bread contrary to other posts.
I sat on the upper deck (more casual). limited options but had the shrimp and grits- it was edible but not really good. I'm assuming the gravy is what makes the dish and that had to be omitted. great place for drinks- the atmosphere right by the water is great. lots of TV's if you want to watch sports games
Shrimp & grits were good. Limited GF menu but it's all marked with a + on the menu. Very busy popular place. Would go again.
