Little bakery with limited options the day we went BUT we got GF croissant 🥐 and they are delicious!! The faccocia bread is amazing! We also had hot from the fryer donut holes. A must stop in and I was advised she would be shipping in the future.

Amazing place! We’ve been here twice passing through Kansas City, and both times, everything we’ve gotten there has been fantastic. They have real gluten free croissants! We can’t find anything like them anywhere else! They are delicious, fluffy, buttery, rich, flakey croissants that are somehow magically made without gluten! The donuts were also amazing with a airy rich inside and a sweet outside! Among her selection, you can find a classic yeast based glazed donut, which is hard to find gf elsewhere. And then there are the cinnamon rolls! They were just perfect! On the weekend she has a big selection of gf pastries but during the week days, she has only a few things in the case so I suggest ordering ahead. Morgana’s is a must for when we go to Kansas City!

My wedding cake was from Morgana’s. I think about that cake like minimum once a week, not even kidding. We saved a couple pieces for an entire year and had them on our anniversary and truly it was still SO good. 12/10 incredible cake.

10/10 experience — my boyfriend didn’t believe me when I told him the reviews said there would be a line but there indeed was right at 10:25 and the bakery filled up immediately. I’d plan my entire trip about making a Saturday visit for these croissants. Croissants always miss when they’re gluten free and these are by far the best I’ve tried in 10+ years. Still not as light and flaky as the ones I remember but the damn near closest. She has a preorder option online which is safer if you remember to place it by Thursday!

Only negative thing is its such a small operation there’s not a huge variety compared to GF bakeries I’ve been to in the past but hopefully with continued support she can grow!

Wow In the KC area for a family event. We’re in from Los Angeles. Thought we give Morgan’s a try. Got there early and there was a line already. First person bought all the chocolate chip cookies. told me something buy the time i got to the front i was eyeing the croissants. There was a limit of 2. I bought those and a bag of other stuff including eclairs. So far i’ve had 1/2 a croissant…they cracked the secret on fluffy. Thank you for showing me someone can make a real croissant gluten free i will stop here anytime im close

The gluten free croissants are delicious. Light, fluffy and buttery. We also got the lemon muffin and a lemon doughnut. Both were delicious.

They have croissants, donut holes and twist donuts that taste like the real deal. Actually have the little air pockets gluten full donuts have! Like what!? These ladies are gluten free ninjas! Cinnamon rolls are great and they don’t use cream cheese icing! Yay! I also had a bacon egg and cheese croissant pocket that was amazing. I’ve had a lot of gluten free items in my face hole but these are among some of the top gf bakery items I have had with an amazing light texture instead of heavy and dense. They had lots of items when I got there but I did a place an order on Wednesday for Saturday pickup. This is my top pick for kc gf bakery.

I’m really thankful for Morgana’s. I still get to enjoy the sweets that I love. I had a good experience on my first visit. I bought some donut holes, cupcakes (carrot, red velvet, vanilla). They are very addicting, they are just the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back and try the cinnamon rolls and buy more cupcakes! Wogan is very friendly and so is Morgana. It’s worth the drive and the $$$.

The Danish! I got the last one and it was worth the drive! I also picked up a couple of hamburger buns and they are awesome! Soft, fresh, and tasty, if this weren’t a dedicated gf bakery, I wouldn’t have believed they were gf. I tried a couple of the cupcakes also. I will absolutely be back!

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area where gluten free bakeries are common and I have to say that Morgana’s is one of the best I’ve ever been to! I came here while visiting my father and I loaded up my suitcase with baked goods to take home. The fresh bread is outstanding. The cinnamon rolls are gooey and delicious. The owner, Morgana, is celiac and everything is gluten free and tasty.

Definitely safe. I tried most of the breakfast pastries and while they were good, they all were so obviously gluten free tasting. I’ve had gf pastry before where it wasn’t so obvious. That said, it’s so worth it eating at a dedicated gf bakery.

Pre-ordered the Friday before a selection. Started out with donut holes-first ones in 15+ years and they were very good. Also got cinnamon rolls, was a bit disappointed they packaged up the dairy free version, which were way too sweet for me, but I didn’t check so that is on me. After arriving they had additional treats, so we picked up a danish and some cookies for later. All were very good!

Ohmygosh! I don't know how she does it, but the best GF goods I've had since being diagnosed. The doughnuts are so much like the real thing. We'll definitely go back (and she does custom cakes too ;)!

So yummy!!! Went on a Saturday hoping for cinnamon rolls, but they were already sold out. Had donut holes instead and they were amazing!! They are fried, which I tend to have a hard time finding in GF. Also had a red velvet cupcake which was excellent. Owner was so kind and friendly. Will be back next time I’m in town!

My suggestion is to update the website with the correct hours so people know exactly when the bakery is open.

Morgan's' is absolutely wonderful and so is she! My husband, 3 yr old son and I LOVE everything she makes! Best pecan pie ever! Totally 100% celiac safe!!!!!!
